St John’s is part of The Bridge Coventry and that means we belong to a group of congregations that have a central shared resource.
Our leaders are part of The Order of Mission and our church is part of Kairos Connexion and this influences the way to do church.

Our values are centred on Ephesians 4:11-13
11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ

We are disciples and learners and want to see every child of God released in the gift they have to share as we aim at becoming like Jesus, as far as we are able, before we reach the new heaven and new earth.
The five ministries here are put in active words which we can all aspire to and live out together, helping each other by bringing our strength and winning our weakness, all reliant on God's grace and power.
